Purchasing via this site implies acceptance of the terms set out below.

All purchases made from this site are governed by Scottish law. The terms and conditions mentioned on this site do not preclude your statutory rights. If you have any complaints, or queries, contact the seller using either of the means above.

All images on this site, and sold from it, are copyright Scotland Framed/ Callum McKenzie-Milne and licensed for commercial use.
1. Downloading of Images
You are not permitted to download images without Scotland Framed/ Callum McKenzie-Milne 's specific permission and a Copyright License. Every Copyright License granted, unless it specifically states otherwise, is a 'Single Use' License.
2. Digital Files
Digital (JPG) files are available for sale by direct contact with Scotland Framed ( Callum McKenzie-Milne ) detailing their intended usage. They may only be used for the specified purpose, with a Copyright License and must include the phrase '© Scotland Framed/ Callum McKenzie-Milne - www.ScotlandFramed.co.uk' in the finished product. Images may neither be altered nor copied, except for 1 back-up copy, without Callum's specific permission including a Copyright License.
3. Printed Images
Purchased printed images must not be copied or reproduced in any format without Scotland Framed or Callum McKenzie-Milne 's specific permission and a Copyright License.
4. Goods and Delivery
All images are guaranteed to leave Scotland Framed in perfect condition.
Delivery will be made promptly and within 28 days of receipt of your order. On the day of dispatch you will be sent an email notifying the dispatch. Should you require an order delivering by a specific date, please contact me to discuss the details.
Unless insurance has been purchased Scotland Framed/ Callum McKenzie-Milne will accept no liability for any damage caused during transit.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be paid where a defect in the printing of the image can be proved. Where a defect is suspected the order must be returned to Scotland Framed for examination.
Refunds will only be paid in GB Pounds, by cheque, payable to the name originally provided with the order.
6. Prices
All prices quoted on this website are in GB Pounds. Scotland Framed reserves the right to alter, without notice or prior warning, photograph availability, prices and conditions of sale.
7. Privacy policy.
Scotland Framed do not collect any personally identifiable information from this website without your knowledge.
The only information you will be asked to provide is that required to facilitate processing and shipping your order. The information, which is treated in accordance with current Data Protection legislation, will neither be forwarded to other organisations nor used to send you unsolicited mail.
8. Cookies and visitor tracking.
We may make use of cookies (cookies are small pieces of text stored on your computer which can be accessed by our web server and used to store information) on our website to track users though out our site. We only use information stored in cookies to improve the user experience of our site and to store information like usernames for users' convenience.
